Dosha in particular which is associated with qualities like dryness and instability.

energy or Ojas. Dates are considered as an Ojas building food in Ayurveda which means that they strengthen vitality and immunity. 

If you eat dates regularly, you will have a natural sustained energy boost.

You will need one cup dates, one cup chopped mixed nuts, almond, walnuts,  cashew according to your choice,




A pinch of salt if you wish. You may use even one tablespoon of chia seeds or shredded coconut for coating. 

Start by removing the seeds of dates  and placing dates in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes. 

This will soften them and it would make them easier to blend in a mixer, combine soaked dates, mixed nuts and a pinch of salt. 

Blend the mixture until it forms a sticky well-combined dough. Roll the mixture into small 

bite sized ball. Then, if you wish, you can roll the energy bite in chia seeds or shredded coconut.
